Bristol Hospice has been quick to respond, supportive and very helpful in managing and caring for me and my husband.
Bristol Hospice provides quality care and excellent communication. They genuinely have a desire to ensure my mom has all she needs to be comfortable and well cared for at every level of her dementia journey. Over the past 17 months they have provided changes to her bed, wheelchair, medications, and frequency of visits. They call to update after every incident or concern. Their staff and caregivers truly love their clients. I highly, highly recommend Bristol.
We went with Bristol Hospice for my father’s care at the recommendation of his memory care facility. While most of the individual nurses who provided care were responsive and compassionate, proactive communication was unsatisfactory. We were notified about 5 hours prior to my father’s passing that he had tested positive for C diff. No information had been given to us regarding what they were testing for, or suggested precautions (which would have been mask, gloves, gown we have since researched).
