Both Clair and Dustin have helped my dad calm down but he is still getting around. They keep us informed and answer or questions. They correspond with the nurses and cna's. They are all working together to keep my dad comfortable and safe. I really appreciate you all. It is really a relief knowing he is being cared for. Thank you

The nurses were responsive and caring. We also appreciated how quickly things were put in place. Having a CNA visit was very helpful. Over a 9 day period, we had a different nurse almost each day; it would have been nice to have more consistency

Kind, compassionate team of professionals. Great communication, walked us through the process with clarity and left us with helpful information. It was very helpful to have them handle the details so that we could focus on our family. Highly recommend.

Horrible, did nothing to comfort my mom as promised. If they had she might not have fallen leading to them pumping her full of morphine and killing her. My mom was not transitioning to death when they joined in. She had dementia and severe anxiety at night and Bristol said they could help with that. That they were another layer of care. They did nothing. My mom went straight downhill after the fall which could have been prevented had they done what they said they could do. Don’t use this company. Shame on them.

Every nurse was thorough and compassionate. We never felt alone as we cared for my mother in her last five days at my home. Questions were answered. There was a willingness to hear our stories and know about my mother.
