I had an awful experience with this company when my dad was dying. For starters, they were very predatory, I don’t even know how they got my dads information as I had done research and reached out to a hospice provider IN OUR TOWN and Bristol somehow swooped in and tricked my dad into signing with them first. They are based over an hour away which I feel like played a big part in how poor the care was. My view of Hospice has changed for the positive since Bristol Hospice came into my life. Suddenly my life, which was full of doctor appointments, medical procedures, tests, etc, etc has been replaced by Bristol Hospice. Night and Day difference. The nurses have been wonderful. They are knowledgeable and I always feel like I understand what my options are and what help is out there. I don't know what the future will bring but I feel like I have plenty of support.
