As someone who has witnessed hospice care in multiple different settings, this was nothing short of disappointing. Bristol made our families experience with hospice one of the most stressful weeks of our families life, when they were supposed to be there for support. We had little contact with nurses, the connection between Bristol and Ricks Medical supplies was appauling. I have now used Bristol twice. Once for my mother in law and now for my mother. My mother's case is very complicated. Bristol has been nothing but understanding and compassionate towards her needs as well as spending the time with me to get to know her very specific issues.
