If I could give less stars I would. I have been lied to hung up on laughed at by the Bristol team in Eugene, Oregon. I got told that I would get help with cremation costs and then I find out almost a month and a half later that nothing has gone through. They give me the runaround, the funeral home the runaround, it's like they just want to cause stress in your life. I've been waiting. I had to wait very long time for my paid leave paperwork from them and I was supposed to get more paid leave days and then I get one. I don't ... read more
The team of nurses and the CNA are Awesome, listen to my concerns and take the time to explain to me the why's and why not of any questions I may have. Very accommodating with supplies when needed. ♡
