How do you begin to thank a group of people who took such amazing care of your loved one through the last days of their lives? The nurses, social workers and chaplains at Bristol treated my wife like she was a member of their own family when I no longer could. Every single day, they went above and beyond. I can only hope that anyone you love knows the peace that Bristol brought to us.

The staff from start to finish have been amazing. They are attentive and always available to answer questions. Whenever you need them in between appointments, they are available and will make a special trip to see a patient. Everyone is knowledgeable and pleasant and always put my resident's and their family at ease. Thank you for all you guys do!!!!!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Just spoke with the rudest, most dismissive "on-call" nurse who's demeanor was beyond unprofessional and flat-out wrong. Upon calling with concerns about my cancer patient grandfather, my mother was screamed at, belittled and accused of disrespectful conduct. These employees have no desire to help people - they are simply cashing their paychecks. There is no accountability, simply blame and combativeness. Once the decision was made to bring hospice in for my husband I had peace. No more emergency rooms. The services provided were wonderful. Such a gift for him.
