Five years ago my dad received home hospice care when he got cancer. My mom and I worked together taking care of him with the guidance of the hospice nurses provided by the preferred vendor of the hospital (not Bristol). Bristol Hospice Chicago was recommended to us by several Chicago area professionals. Our first contact was with Kathleen who answered questions from our family for days before we admitted our mom. Our admission was smooth and Bristol (Kathleen and her team) made a really stressful time as easy as could be imagined. Bristol Hospice treated my family with the utmost respect and compassion. We were always informed and every step of the way there were thorough explanations with great patience. The staff we worked with were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Katie, Amber, Meagan and especially Maribel. Bristol Hospice is fortunate to have them.

Bristol was a Godsend at such a difficult time. They made it so I could spend the time left with my loved one and not have to worry about anything. The nurses were absolutely fantastic, the patient liaison was amazing and the CNAs were awesome, too. Bristol made this experience that was so difficult, easier, knowing my loved one was cared for so lovingly until end.
