HOAs are dumb
If anyone is looking for a neighborhood to move into, I would not recommend this neighborhood! The HOA has nothing better to do than to nitpick and dictate what you do with your house, yard , porch etc. They are constantly sending emails and letter on stuff that doesn’t even matter. What you should be worried about is all the cars that is parked on the side of the road. The ones that don’t even move and the ones that have flat tires. If anyone is looking for a neighborhood to move into, I would not recommend this neighborhood! The HOA has nothing better to do than nitpick and dictate what you do with your house. They are constantly sending emails and letter on stuff that doesn’t even matter. They have nothing better to do than to constantly be annoying. I would NOT recommend a neighborhood that does have HOA. You would have a better life and enjoy your home without them always in your business. Seriously get a life so other people can enjoy theirs.
