I had an outstanding service from Sam recently. I had a full strip down service following a few years of boiler neglect on my part. Sam found water where water certainly should not have been and my boiler was not far from breaking down. Sam spent a great deal of time diagnosing the problem, careful to protect key parts and very much went the extra mile being on the phone direct to Worcester Bosch to help me manage the warranty on the individual boiler components.
