Contradictions Though the bakery's food is absolutely delishious, the service is HORRIBLE. When you ask, you have to repeat yourself many times, as the person will either be on the phone or talking to another worker, or reading a magazine. They just dont seem to care.
Service at the bakery was sub-par Dont' get me wrong, I go here quite often and am a loyal customer. However, the service at the bakery is just horendous. The employee just concerned herself with talking to a friend and eating the baked goods even when she was aware a line was forming at the bakery! I'm not sure what the policy is at Bristols, but normally at other quality stores, the employee tends to help the customer first prior to gossiping about their own social lives and eating the stuff they are selling. Great Store! I only have GREAT things to say about this store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to make you happy. They have everything you want and more in this store!
RecommendedI have a new gain respect for Bristol Farms for stepping up to the plate and bringing to shoppers attention the fact that they need to be mindful about shopping and then a professional and kind way asking them not to hoard food because there are many more people especially the elderly that need to shop and can only get there at certain time and or do not have assistance to do shopping for them. Bravo for stepping up to the plate as I said before

Always are a pleasure stop and make my groceries
I was there on June 7, 2019 and it was one of my worst experiences at this Bristol Farms. The cashier was down right rude to me. She was upset that I had put my shopping items in my recyclable bag instead of a basket. And then as she unloaded my items out of my recyclable bag, she did not want to put them back in my bag for me. REALLY!!!!! So sad!
I have to be careful here or I could easily spend my whole social security check here!
