RecommendedOkay so there was a big mix up with Amazon and the deli and we didn’t get our spiral ham. I was literally crying and yelling on the phone at the Amazon customer service and the manager at Bristol Farms. We only had planned a ham. The manager got one of his deli workers to drive 30 minutes one way to bring my family a ham! I was floored and it more than made up for the original mistake. You are all awesome! The ham was soooo good by the way and made everybody really happy!
The whole point of getting a box of Thanksgiving items was to not have to cook and when we got the box to the destinations all of the sides were uncooked and practically raw. The turkey and the stuffing was fine but the green beans, scalloped potatoes, carrots and the yams were not even cooked. I have to say for the expense, it wasn’t worth it. It pretty much bummed everybody out at our table because the only edible thing was the turkey and the stuffing. I really would like a refund to be fair, it’s un edible.

RecommendedI've been shopping here on and off for years and I am never disappointed. The produce is always fresh and the selection is amazing. I see a lot of comments regarding the customer service at this location being subpar, but I have to say I have never experienced this.
Cashier Larry was rude and not welcoming at all. Throwing my paid items around the check area. You can tell be hates his job and all the customers that come with it. Made my first experience there a disgusting one. Complained to management and it appears it was ignored so that must-be their culture.

I have shopped exclusively at this store since the day it opened. Every day. I have gone Thru the ups and downs over the years. I always remained loyal. In February or March I am am not exactly sure but before any talk of quarantine, I talked to Louis the manager About how I was constantly having to go to another store after my Bristol shopping Because they were always out of 1or2 things I needed.
