Bristol is the worst. He watched as my child was abused and did nothing. He wouldn't listen to a word I said. I eventually got custody of an extremely damaged child years later than should have been the case. VERY BAD LAWYER! Find anyone else. Beware, he's a shifty liar type.
James Bristol is a loser as a family lawyer. He will screw up your family royally and then disappear. He stood by idly as Guardian Ad Litem as my ex physically and emotionally abused my child for years despite my years of reports of abuse. When it all came out and I was proven correct in court and given custody in opposition to his wishes, he extricated himself from his failure and defending of child abuse as soon as possible.
