First visit here, I was nervous at first as I had a suspected hole in (Macula) one eye. The staff were very friendly, I was seen by a number of people along the way, my final one with Professor Dick who had a brilliant attitude and told it like it was. I had my mind put at ease and will be monitored from here on. I was seen at my appointed time. Can't fault these people.
I attended A&E because I had something in my eye, and the care I received was outstanding. I was seen in under an hour, and the system they have in place works incredibly well. Huge thanks to all the staff for their professionalism, efficiency, and kindness.
Retina detachment sorted by the most wonderful people less than 24 hrs after it was spotted. James Potts and team i salute you all. Big love.
Lovely, caring staff from start to finish. Only problem is the parking, which is difficult.
I've had two cataract operations at Bristol Eye Hospital in the last year. Both surgeries have improved my eyesight dramatically. I cannot praise the staff highly enough for the patience and efficiency they have demonstrated in my case. How fortunate we are to have such an amazing NHS.
Bristol Eye Hospital has a 4.4 star rating with 206 reviews.
