Have never ever seen such unprofessional nor disrespectful , disgusting behavior from a "doctors/providers" office. The dental assistant was the rudest worker I've eveerrer met. She got upset because I asked her to inform the doctor if he can evaluate a tooth that wasn't on the referral,which I explained to her I had already spoken with the scheduler about it before driving 40 minutes and was advised that they said it was fine and it can be checked because it was the tooth right under.. I've had many dental issues over the years. I've also had many dentists due to relocations and Dr. Reid is among the best. He explains every part of the process and always checks your comfortability. I would give him 100 stars if I could.
Dr Reid is so gentle, informative and so kind. His office staff is excellent as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Reid. Felicia
Brought my son for a root canal ( 12 years old ) and brought my 2 year old daughter with. She was fine and just walking around waiting room , the doctor made such a scene! He ended up being so worried about WHAT my 2 year old was doing, that he told my so to get out of the chair ?! He was all set up for the root canal and the doctor told him to “get up and go out with your mother!” Long story, we never got the root canal ( which we had to wait weeks to even get ) and this delays work on the next step for his braces 😬 I woul... read more
