I waited a staggering 6 weeks for a follow up letter detailing treatment options from my consultation. The Company seemed very keen to take the consultation fee up front but less keen to share the consultation feedback!! This was disappointing because I had quite severe pain and I wanted to book the treatment as soon as possible.
Efficient service in well-appointed clinical setting. I appreciated the hour spent with me to discuss my dental needs. I look forward to finalising the treatment plan once past images have been obtained
I have just completed my treatment with Adrian Watts who has fitted a dental implant for me. I lost a tooth towards the front of my mouth a few months ago, (I was mortified!), and my own dentist referred me to Adrian at Bristol Dental Specialists. I am the most nervous of patients! Adrian Watts took his time to explain everything to me about the procedure and all that would happen to me, all to make me feel comfortable and happy about the procedure. I found everyone from Rebecca, receptionist, to Cheyanne, dental nurse and Adrian himself, surgeon, seemed to be so considerate of my feelings - even playing some lovely Rhumba music to relax me! All done for my peace of mind and a pain free experience! I can thoroughly recommend all at Bristol Dental Specialists!
Ben was really knowledgeable and super friendly. Felt in safe hands and listened to about the issue. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Ben!
