I had an orthodontic appointment with Ben Cross and his lovely assistant Adelle. I am new to the practice and was anxious when I attended, but they both helped me feel at ease. Ben was down to earth and professional in his approach, which helped me feel at ease. I was very impressed with my first visit
I was referred by my dentist to Adrian for an implant and from the first contact through the receptionist to having my first appointment I have been accorded friendly, welcoming, and professional treatment, everyone with whom I had contact made me feel very much at ease and I have no concerns about any follow up visits and treatment.
BDS are very friendly but professional and I highly recommend them - especially if you are nrevous of dental work like I am. Adrian Watts is exceptionally nice to have work on you and I did not even feel the injection that was required at the start of the procedure. I need more doing and will be going back there - nowhere else!
