Ricky and his team have just finished renovating our rental property. From start to finish, BDS have been excellent. Not only has the extensive damp problem been resolved but Ricky effectively became a project manager, bringing in decorating, carpet laying and electrical teams that have all worked to a high standard and completed all works in good time. Our property looks transformed and is ready to go back on the market. I would thus highly recommend Ricky and BDS to anyone in the future.

Ricky was great to deal with and did everything when he said he would. Arriving at appointment time and providing report and estimate in timescales indicated. Answering queries in a timely manner.
