I have been attending the prosthetics clinic for 15 years and it seems to me that there is not enough regular follow up appointments and after care from the team. I had several prosthetic leg casts made and have never been able to get one that actually fits perfectly and doesn't cause pressure sores. My latest leg was not made to my suggestion of adding a foam pad to the bottom of the fitting area nor was it altered as my prosthesist said so has now caused yet another pressure wound and ongoing treatment for months. Nice welcome on arrival and the fitting experience was good in a clean, spacious and friendly centre. Good access from the car park. Easy to find from the M5 17 turn off to Cribbs.
I have been coming since 1964 and always found the Limb centre the most helpful from reception and to Adrian the fitter and of course the Young Lady who answers the phone and sends out Leg socks etc. 10/10 Stars for me every time. Bob Bristol
