Genuinely cannot emphasise how terrible this company was. I needed new gas pipes and I was told they would be there at 9:30am on a Monday. I took the day off work to wait for them. At 11:30am I chased them up, and they said they would be dalyed to 1:30pm. At 5pm, I give up. I then get a call saying that they didn't attend because they couldn't contact me/I was unavailable. I'd been waiting on them ALL DAY. They then admitted that they didn't have the parts needed that day, so would be there between 8-9am tomorrow. At 9am som... read more

Ahmed arrived promptly, he was very polite, professional and friendly. He was able to immediately source the cause of the problem and resolved it quickly and thoroughly. It was a pleasure to meet Ahmed and his work is excellent.
