The car was clean and ready on time, and the customer service was great. I would happily recommend Bristol for easy, affordable rentals.
Reliable, accommodating, and affordable car rentals!
Had a family emergency and rushed back when Bristol called, returned the car late by 3 hours, and they charged me $150 extra. Tried pleading my case, but the guy was exceptionally rude and unsympathetic. Why couldn't they have called to check within the hour of the return time? Worst experience with Bristol's customer service on my daughter's birthday.
First time renting from Bristol, for a family weekend road trip. We got what we needed on short notice, I liked the car, and they accommodated our weird request to change drivers, with good humour. We’ll be back!
