Haven’t visited the retail store but their bulk roll film online pricing is unbeatable. Shipping fee is reasonable and delivery is fast, will order again.

Wasn’t all smooth sailing but my order arrived and they were helpful on the phone.
Ordered nearly 2 months ago... still havent recieved the film. Payment has been taken but I want to process a refund with no option on the website for such. Messaged on facebook, 2 weeks after order, no reply. Order just says awknowledged. Take down the website if your not going to process orders. Please process my refund.
Total incompetent shambles. Order for chemicals duplicated and I am charged twice at random amounts. They dont even have email. Avoid. I dont have too much problem with the extra goods but what I do object to is being incorrectly charged for them, and some items missing. And no way, it seems, of emailing the owner with full details of the problem.
