This place was nice when we first moved in. Maintenance was immediate and rent was 2600$. That was August 2023. Through many different management companies and office people we have had our rent raised at every renewal, maintenance is non existent unless you wait 40 days and call and call. The townhome was brand new when we moved in but has been falling apart little by little for the last two years. Door knobs come flying off, towel racks, kitchen cabinets are shifting and not closing, master bedroom closets are falling off ... read more
Is where I’ve being living for three (3) years. Excellent neighborhood. Peaceful and quiet. Most of the people follows the rules regarding their dogs and regarding trash disposal. Maintenance is slow, but good. Overall is a nice place to live in. If you have enough money to pay rent and water bill…. The rest is easy..
The improvements are noted. Keep up the good work.
Stefani was a great tour manager. She alway me to walk through twice. I will be more happy to stay in an environment like this. I really appreciate her business and knowledge of the building of the community. She has a great spirit and make feel welcome. Thank you Stefani for a wonderful tour.
This place is nice very beautiful. But the young lady there who is the property manager is gonna take this place to the ground. I applied for them and 2 other properties she stated she will reach out everyday I called no answer. I sent her a text saying I needed to have this done so I can enroll my kids in school in a timely manner still no response.
