The new manager Stefani is awesome and very quick to help with problems.
Been here for about two months now and so far so good. Office and maintenance staff are very responsive. The communication has been solid, and the neighborhood is quiet and clean.
One of the worst neighborhoods in the area. Lived here, 17 years. And has only gone down hill from there. Horrible roads and bike paths with big cracks and potholes. One way in and out of a now expanding neighborhood. Which is hectic during school days. With traffic backing up when school gets out. Which is a big safety concern. Lack of overall maintenance. I could go on and on. But overall there is a lot better neighborhoods in the area.
Booked a tour a week ago here for 2pm. Got a call from the leasing office two days asking me to move it up an hour I said sure moved some plans around. Got a text from them to confirm last night that I would be here for today at my tour at 1:00 p.m. We drove 30 minutes to my scheduled appointment showed up a few minutes early text and called the office twice got no answer. We waited there for 20 minutes and nobody returned my text or call. Very poor customer service and communication. Was looking forward to seeing their town... read more
