The apartment has really good view of Lake Washington. However the application process is the worst of all. I paid applications fee and submitted a lease application, eventually they denied me since I was an international student, and I don’t have job yet at that time. That’s ok I eventually found an apartment to rent. But the shady part they did is to bill me for another $113 for whatever reason that they never disclosed to me and I did not aware until I received a collection letter from Columbia debt recovery. We toured Bristol at Southport with May today and feel like we've come home. May was very knowledgeable about the community and gave us the time we needed to ask all of our questions and choose just the right unit for our needs. The community is great - right on the lake, safe, and well-maintained. If you're interested in a lakeside lifestyle in a lovely community, this is the place - and May is the person to help you make it happen! Highly recommend her!!!
I have lived at The Bristol coming up to 2 years and absolutely love ... the staff is always very helpful and friendly.
May was absolutely wonderful to work with! She made our entire apartment search and application process so smooth. She kept us informed every step of the way, answered all our questions quickly, and even sent photos prior to move-in because we were unable to see the unit in person before signing. Her communication and care truly set her apart. Highly recommend working with her! I cannot say anything about the complex, unit, or maintenance as we have not moved in yet.
