I am writing to share my extremely frustrating experience with Kim Darling regarding my residency and move-out process. First, Kim is currently holding my resident portal hostage, preventing me from making the necessary payments for my move-out charges. I don't even get to see the charges!! Despite my efforts to resolve this by contacting them and pay what is owed, I am being locked out and given the runaround. Maintenance is a superb team! They are always so happy to say hello, Ken, james, (other guy maybe michael) are so awesome! Very efficient. Office has high turnover (besides manager) and manager is usually efficient in getting answers. Would provide 5 stars but the lack of community events/communication boards makes it hard to get to know your neighbors.

Once again, the Maintenance Team here at the Bristol at Southport came through quickly and professionally. James showed up to change a lightbulb in a ceiling fixture just a couple of hours after I had put in the work order.
