They just let people blare their music and refuse to do anything about it. Oh and if you live in the community nearby they let you come and plug in your electric vehicle and REFUSE to do anything about people stealing the electricity that we all have to pay for. I’ve emailed multiple times about both issues and they just won’t even respond or acknowledge it. I regret even signing up to live here. It’s not worth the price tag, just look elsewhere. This place is awful.
Bristol at Southport very nice facility, people who live here and work here are very friendly. James and Alberto have been working here for many years and they always care about the residents and it shows in the way they both take care of the property. Excellent staff. Peace of mind living here with great people like these two individuals.

Once again, the Maintenance Team here at the Bristol at Southport came through quickly and professionally. James showed up to change a lightbulb in a ceiling fixture just a couple of hours after I had put in the work order. This team is one of the reasons it is so nice to live HERE: No need to call a workman to come over. It’s all on the property! A real benefit of renting/leasing rather than owning. Thanks, James!
