I’ve been a loyal client at Ventura Pet Vet 101 for years and have spent thousands of dollars to care for my pets. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced repeated issues that I can no longer overlook. When I recently requested a refund for services that were not provided, I was told, “You won’t listen,” and, “You are mad and you are emotional, so can you just talk to me tomorrow instead.” Being upset about poor service is reasonable.
