Installed a sunsetter awning, it was installed properly but a plaque was behind old awning that fell and damaged screen and was not repaired and was told that they don't repair screens and it wasn't their fault after a substantial cost for removal of storm damaged awning, installation was fine but customer service was not a great experience and cost of replacing screen was left to me, was going to have them to install replacement windows but decided to call someone else as I'm handicapped We installed an awning and when we w... read more
