We had an amazing experience at Lake shore/ Amber Court. My sister went for an evaluation for admission. We were greeted with a warm welcome from Lori the director of Admissions. I feel so at ease that my sister will be given the care she needs.
Executive staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. Case Manager Jessica treats the residents as family and always tries to ensure their needs are met. She goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy.
My mom has been treated with so much compassion . It’s hard being away from home but the staff and others who live there are soooo nice.
My grandfather has been living here for the past few months and has been very happy. The place is clean and the staff is friendly and caring. ❤️❤️
