My grandfather has been living here for the past few months and has been very happy. The place is clean and the staff is friendly and caring. ❤️❤️
My mother just spent her first night at Lakeshore. Throughout the admissions process and her first evening and morning, the staff could not possibly have been more attentive. Every single employee that I encountered in my multiple visits, was eager to help, friendly and welcoming.
Very impressed with the cleanliness of the whole place! Our persons room, public places, bathrooms!
The place itself is a little worn looking but all the employees (and residents too) were friendly, courteous, and helpful. And that’s really what stands out
