Mom’s been at 5 different facilities this is the best by far. All has to do with the staff, they really care.
The staff at Amber Court Lake Ronkonkoma are attentive, skillful and friendly.
My father seems to be adjusting well to Lake Shore.
I gave them a deposit for their new Memory Care unit which wasn't operating yet. Before the unit was completed my loved one passed away. I requested a refund of the deposit and they have not yet returned the money. The contract clearly states that the money will be refunded for any reason before moving in. I'm reaching out here in the hopes of getting this resolved and will be happy to remove this once I receive the check
