My father seems to be adjusting well to Lake Shore.
I gave them a deposit for their new Memory Care unit which wasn't operating yet. Before the unit was completed my loved one passed away. I requested a refund of the deposit and they have not yet returned the money. The contract clearly states that the money will be refunded for any reason before moving in. I'm reaching out here in the hopes of getting this resolved and will be happy to remove this once I receive the check
My mom has been a resident for 3 years and she has dementia. She is very well taken care of. The aides, specifically Julia, has formed a bond of trust with her and know her needs and how to address them while keeping her happy. The case manager, Jessica is very compassionate and caring and always addresses any concerns regarding my mom immediately. The entire staff was very professional and personable. My husband and I flew in from Arizona for our procedures. Dr. Castro and her staff were extremely friendly and explained the procedure to us and were very informative. I would highly recommend.
