We bought a 6-year old Brista Home in 2025. Mark Ursini and his team have no obligation to assist us as new owners since we did not buy directly from Brista. We have been thrilled that Mark takes such pride in homes that he builds, as he continues to assist us from time to time when we have questions. Furthermore, he stood by us when we identified in 2025 some original component parts that were not the quality he expected from his subcontractors when installed back in 2019.
