My driver's door window mechanism failed whilst I was staying with family in Brislington..car left with the window wide open, so not motorway worthy. These guys managed to fit me in at short notice (a couple of days) thinking just to wedge the window up temporarily. In the end, they managed to source the part quickly, rang me with a price and did the whole repair efficiently, all ready the next morning. All without drama and for a very fair price. Absolutely amazing service, Neil and the team fixed the car same day when I was told by another dealer that they wouldn’t be able to fix for at least 3 weeks. 10/10 recommend!
Excellent garage always on hand to provide a top service whether it be MOT repairs or little odd jobs, they will take it on. Really friendly and helpful too would highly recommend

Pros: - Booking in was easy and the lady on the phone was very helpful. - Work was done quickly. Cons: - Called me to say failed MOT and what work needed to be done but didn’t call to say the work had been completed, and I had to call 6 times before someone picked up 20 minutes before they closed so had to rush down to pick up my car. - The price was quoted without VAT which I didn’t find out until I went to pay and it was £50 more than I was expecting. - Didn’t bother putting the locking wheel nut and manual back in the glo... read more
