Ordered heating elements for a prototype. Didn't fit correctly. Could not a call back from Chelsie Carling (see review below...) for a return/exchange. Tried to get a custom heating element made; never heard from her again. Spoke to another sales agent but they couldn't authorize return of another sale. Will never do business with this company again.
