Bea went above and beyond to make our printing needs happen! After a couple days of back and forth emails and operator errors on my end, she was able to get my prints done in time on short notice. We will be back with other needs in the future! Thanks for your friendly can-do service!
I came in a few weeks back needing some assistance printing things out. I definitely didn’t make things easy lol and Bea was helpful, understanding, communicative & willing to assist me all the way through even though I didn’t have huge project, what I needed was relatively small compared to their regular clients. Emailed plans for to build a new home. They flat out said "go elsewhere" we are too busy. I said I can wait and dont want to go elsewhere. 2 days later called to pick-up job and they said they told me they can't print 24"x36" as they dont have a large format machine. They never said this or I would not have wasted my time. Went in the office in person, they would not look at my face for over 5 minutes of just standing there. Poorly run company.
