Brisk Air is a quality, honest family run business. Making an appointment was easy and we were scheduled for maintenance within a week. Matt the owner called when he was on his way and he took time to do maintenance on our 5 ton rooftop unit and a mini split for our AZ room. We were provided pictures of work that was recommended to be done next Spring and decided to have Matt install a surge protector due to intense monsoon storms. No pressure or unnecessary work recommended. Definitely recommend Brisk Air LLC.
A brisk air company truck rudely merged into my lane on an off-ramp. Then the driver got all pissy at me because he was in my lane? Go cry about it. I actually am having air conditioning problems and am looking for someone to come out and fix it… now I know for sure that it won’t be “brisk air”. You should probably be more careful about how you treat strangers when in a giant truck that says your whole life’s work on it. Do better.
We cant say enough good things about the Brisk Air, they came out right away and had a new unit installed in just a few days. Great customer service and dependable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for A/C repair or replacement. Thanks Matt
Great company that truly cares for and about its customers. Brandon did a preventive maintenance checkup today and explained exactly what he was checking and looking for to keep the unit running smoothly. This is the second house we have used Brisk Air for our heating and AC needs. Always treated fair and honest.
