The staff was very friendly, took their time and answered all my questions. When I left my dog with them, I felt at ease. Highly recommend Brisdale Animal Hospital for all your pets needs!

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of urgency and compassion shown during an emergency visit to this clinic. We brought in our cat, Boots, while she was experiencing severe complications related to labour. Her condition was visibly critical. Despite this, there was no immediate hands-on assessment. Instead, the discussion focused almost entirely on pricing, estimates, and additional diagnostic procedures before stabilization was even attempted. At no point did we feel guided or supported. My puppy was unwell, and the staff saw him right away. They also did three follow-up calls and texts.
The doctors and the staff is so friendly and always happy to help. Special shoutout to Jesse. She is amazing.
