We paid thousands of dollars to have them install a new security system in our property. Service calls for the system they installed are not costing us about a grand each time. Minimum 2 hours charged to me, even if he is only there for 15 minutes is egregious. Ever since they became Pye-Barker the response time, and the up charges are terrible. If you can use a different company!
Jess was fabulous and fixed our problems efficiently. He also was amazing at explaining everything each step of the way especially to my nervous little ones. He deserves a medal!
