Briscoe is the best security company on the Island. We have our business protected by their cameras in Manhattan and our Summer House in East Hampton as well, including powered monitored gates. Ask for Melissa, she's great.
They provide great customer service. Same day next day attitude. Our alarm went off while we werent at the house. They followed the phone tree, got hold of my cousin who lives nearby, and without dispatching we were able to solve the issue on our own. We had forgotten to close a shield door that kept blowing in at night. Appreciate the thorough researching before sending the police.
Our car deaershil at the 90 degree fork of rte 27 needed an interactive camera system with talk-on and off function. This way, we dont need any night guards anymore. Briscoe offered the Spectrum system which we’ve just began to use and works totally great. We get alerts when people are on the property after hours and our security staff can speak to them remotely through loudspeakers on the property. Very satisfied with this.
