I originally called asking about having a single roof shingle replaced. I was told there was a $150 minimum so I asked about a roof cleaning as well. I was told someone would call me the next day. No one ever called but two days later I got an email with a quote saying they would be at my house to clean my roof Monday and replace the shingle. The quote was for $162.
