Terrible service, staff were rude and inexperienced. Go elsewhere. Expensive tickets and everything including food and drinks was cheap and nasty.

Outstanding experience: informative live commentary, friendly and helpful crew. Hanging out with two whales for hours (they just wouldn't leave) was magical. Bus journey with Ray was also impeccable!

Absolutely incredible, amazing views of the (very curious) whales which came right up to the boat for over an hour, really nice lunch too! There was also a medical issue on board which the staff handled really well, very helpful and efficient 😊
