My son had an appointment at the consult rooms and was turned away without being seen. We explained in advance to staff, many times that he most likely would not get out of the car due to his he challenges. My son has severe level 3, non verbal Autism with extreme anxiety, Instead of offering any assistance or empathy, the doctor refused to see him and said we should find another person who offers homes visits. My wife had surgery on a skin cancer yesterday at Brisbane Water Private, we really appreciate the skills and hard work of Dr Lefter, an excellent surgeon and the great care of the nursing staff with a special mention to the registered nurses, Rebecca and Byron. Thanks very much, Steve Campbell
Yesterday morning, I got 4 of my wisdom teeth removed by Doctor Calladine. She was super kind, comforting and bubbly. Dr S. Fortey was also amazing at comforting me before my surgery. One of the nurses - Byron, who was with me when I woke up was super nice too. Lastly, Cody was an absolute dahl and checked up on me throughout the morning before my surgery. Overall, I had a great experience at Brisbane Waters Private Hospital and all the staff were super lovely.
