I said goodbye to my cat, Magnus, this afternoon. My cats have always had the highest professional care from Brisbane Water Veterinary Hospital and today was no different. I’m so grateful.
As a person with disabilities, these guys were so understanding, patient ,and empathetic. Was asked on Friday to rebook so we did turned up Saturday they failed to have enough vets in to sort out the already booked in appointments for the day while dealing with a emergency rebooked to Sunday to come again to find out they failed to rebook again once we turned up honestly whole thing was a joke
Great, caring vets there with very emphatic vet nurses. We sadly had our beloved cat, Bonnie, put to sleep at 18 years old, they showed a lot of compassion. I now have a 3 year old rescue cat, Alfie, who just received his yearly vaccination there where they made the whole process painless.
Took my dog to this vet, a couple months back, found out she has dental disease! Prescribed me some antibiotics for her, she was in alot of pain, had a fever, after starting the treatment it was great was back to her normal self! It is going to cost me a thousand a tooth if they need some to be extracted! Im saving so i can do this. The pain has come back and I called to see if they could prescribe me the same meds for her to stop her from being in pain! I was told no!
