As a person with disabilities, these guys were so understanding, patient ,and empathetic. Thank you so very much Updated You really won't find better care for your fur baby's, I've called quite a few times now, they are always polite, professional and above all empathetic. A huge thank you to Ebony at Brisbane Waters Vet 🐾 She scanned the microchip of two lost dogs I found and, even on a hectic Saturday morning, took the time to make several calls to track down their family. So grateful for her kindness and persistence — outstanding care!
This place has gone down hill, the animals are just numbers now. I use to come here for a few years but no more. They just don't really care only 1 guy there at the desk seems to actually care.
Very friendly vets thank you. Several times for visits I would give this a 5 of 5. One visit was very disappointing as the staff actually asked ME what immunisation my dogs were up to, (I replied that they should one-off it’s on their records!) then spent half an hour or more just trying to work it out. But the vet was new- last visit she was much better so I’m upping their rating again as she was helpful and so sweet.
Went in 2-3 weeks ago for a dental check for my jack russell terrier. They said he needed extractions and cleaning done but would send me the estimate via email. I checked daily since my initial visit on 2/6/25. They charged me $90 just for a visit to tell me they'd send me an email with no follow up. update as per the below response: I called up a week after my appointment to which I was told the estimate hadn't been sent yet due to the practice manager not being available.
