Went in 2-3 weeks ago for a dental check for my jack russell terrier. They said he needed extractions and cleaning done but would send me the estimate via email. I checked daily since my initial visit on 2/6/25. As a person with severe disabilities, these guys were so understanding, patient ,and empathetic. Thank you so very much Updated You really won't find better care for your fur baby's, I've called quite a few times now, they are always polite, professional and above all empathetic. They are never too busy to help, even when they are extremely busy. Seriously you could not find anyone better. Thank you all so very much
Lava has been doing so beautifully and has become such an adorable active cat since her life saving surgery We never realised Lavas illness until she had a trip to the vet after what we thought was too much sun From there we were told she needed a high risk surgery that only a specialist could perform and it needed to be done quickly This was something we could not afford and for the next two weeks we were overwhelmed with guilt and sadness as we were told if we couldn’t afford it then she would need to be put down as soon a... read more
We had to take our French Bulldog Leia here after the little piggy ate something she shouldn't have. Charlie was very thorough and reassuring and treated her promptly while keeping us informed the entire time. The follow up phone call from them the following day to check on her, shows how much they really care. I would definately recommend. Thanks guys!!!
