Great and friendly service for our dog, Sam asks lots of small questions that some vets don't, to us this is the sign of a great vet.
Extremely disappointed with the wait times on my last 2 visits. Last time it was 40 mins past the appointment slot. This time I took my cat in for trim (sedation required) took him in at 8:30am was not able to pick him up until 5:40pm nearly 10 hrs later. Deeply concerned with the additional stress this would put on him and how long he would be couped up in a cage. The explanation i was given was there was an emergencies and they were "swamped"
We have only the highest praise for this veterinary clinic. Over 25 or more years we have taken all our pets for all types of procedures and services and have always had the best advice and our pets have never shown any fear which is testament of their love, patience and care.
The vets and front desk staff are always incredibly caring and helpful. They have always treated my pussycats with incredible love and attention right up until their very sad passing.
Excellent service for my little four legged family members.
