My dog had a sudden growth spurt. My wife took his collar off so we can get a new one. Before we could get a new one he got out, got struck by a car that left him there. He was considered a stray dog, having no phone number and no contact information. After several calls from the people who found him, this facility was the only one who would take stray dogs.
