I gave Brisbane two stars only because they started out good. The doctor was very informative and diagnosed my dog with an enlarged heart and heart disease. The medication was very expensive at Brisbane and I was told I could check other resources for pricing. I found an out of state pharmacy that was very reasonable. Brisbane ok'd my prescription the first two times but after that they would not converse with the outside pharmacy. They wrote me the prescription, which I was charged $20, and had to mail it in. My dog had a sudden growth spurt. My wife took his collar off so we can get a new one. Before we could get a new one he got out, got struck by a car that left him there. He was considered a stray dog, having no phone number and no contact information. After several calls from the people who found him, this facility was the only one who would take stray dogs. When we found him, we had a choice. Save his leg and operate or remove his leg. Let’s just say this hospital took extraordinary measures to help us save his leg. ... read more
