Five stars isn't enough to rate the amazing team at BVECCS. Dr Kath Beaton and the team provided such an amazing and peaceful farewell for our dog, Rocky. He had only recently received a terminal diagnosis from our regular vet, but his decline was more rapid than we had envisaged and the BVECCS team knew that intervention wasn't possible. Nevertheless, with us trying to come to terms with the inevitable, the entire team were incredibly professional and considerate, providing Rocky and our family with so much care and empathy... read more
Our dog has visited twice. The vets and staff have been really caring and professional both times and on our second visit ( the sultanna eating incident)we talked to vet and were given advice and reassurance and were not charged for consult. It is very reassuring to have this great service when we need it.

I’ve never been to vet emergency before, but my regular vet recommended I take my little cavoodle to BVECCS after she ingested some ant bait this Saturday morning. The staff were quick to help, super friendly and I was surprised how affordable the service was. Though my pup is totally fine, it’s super comforting knowing this service is available and the quality of care so outstanding should anything happen to her in the future
Tonight our beautiful cavoodle Winnie crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Our Vet, Philomena made it such a beautiful experience for our family & Winnies sister Marley who was also welcomed. Winnie was looked after beautifully & we were given as long as we needed with her both before & after to say our goodbyes. I appreciate you guys so much & Philomena, Thank you for being our Angel tonight
