I discourage others to use this business unless they're happy for their time to be wasted! Bobby said he would come around 2pm Saturday for an inspection. No show. At 2:20pm I messaged to ask if he was still coming. No response until Sunday at 8:15pm. No apology, explanation, or even acknowledgment of his no show on Saturday in the response.
Bobby was prompt with his quote which was a great start. The outdoor area to be retiled was uneven and proved to require a lot of remediation. Bobby's team did a great job. The area is now a pleasure to use and most importantly safe with no trip hazards. Bobby's follow up was thorough and small rectifications , that his team picked up, done immediately. Would I use them again. Absolutely.
I needed a very small job done on a floor, after a wall had been removed. Bobby replied promptly to my message and within a couple of days a tiler was sent and completed the job. We were very pleased with the tiling and clean up. Thank you for a great service.
Two very respectful young men came and did a small tiling job for us. Well done Bobby and team we are very pleased with the result.
