Booked days ahead for a very important procedure to help heal myself in time for a sports event. Get told on the day after taking time off work I'm not booked and nobody can help me for another week. Have used these guys in the past and been good. Pretty disappointing as a repeat client to not even get any advice on options for help because of their stuff up.
