My garage door spring snapped early morning today and I googled Sam’s business and checked his reviews so found positive reviews so I text him with a photo of the garage issue. Sam was very fast in response with different spring options n prices so I booked him. Very professional n prompt during his visit explained me all steps taken to fixing it and his wife was also very friendly and efficient and both them fixed with new springs n serviced it within 30mins. WARNING: Do not do business with this garage door supplier. I was scammed out of $500 — they took my deposit for a “custom door” that was supposedly on order, then ghosted me. They ignored my calls and texts, and when I finally reached someone, they gave me nothing but vague answers and lies. It’s been over a month with no product, no service, and no refund.
