Bought in this store twice. 1st online, 2nd in person. And my experience regarding their customer service is amazing. They communicate well in email and in person. And you will feel their main concern is customer satisfaction.
I have been going to these guys for YEARS - over a decade - They are friendly, polite and just genuinely nice staff and managers. I mainly chat with Nathan now who is just such a nice guy. Thank you so much for always being there to answer any technical questions!

Have hired and bought numerous pieces of AV-gear through BSG and dealt with both Ben (from sales) and Ben (from hire) and both of them were so helpful and genuinely good people. They made the hiring and purchasing process very easy and straight forward (even enjoyable if I dare say).
