The staff were excellent. Right from the start with Madonna at reception was welcoming and professional. Dental Assistant Lizzie was excellent and informative on my first attendance using that caring approach, which enabled me to feel confident and relaxed. My dentist Graham was professional but also empathetic and understanding of my treatment explaining the procedure and why. His dental assistant today (I forget her name, sorry), was kind, gentle and communicative.
I’ve been going to Brisbane Smiles for about a year now. It has been such a seamless experience. they care a lot about your comfort before, during and after your appointment which is lovely for nerves. You’re always greeted with warmth and a smile from Madonna and the dental team. Their advice and knowledge is very helpful and they do their best to help you implement those changes to your dental routine.
Great clinic with very friendly staff, dentists are very good at explaining things and fair prices
