Sybil has been doing my peels and laser once a month. She’s very friendly and easy to talk to about everything. I would highly recommend Sybil, for her exceptional professionalism and expertise.
Sybil is awesome. She is friendly and an extremely experienced and knowledgeable Dermal Clinician. I have had many treatments with Sybil, she makes what could be painful and enjoyable experience.
Extremely disappointing customer service. After booking an appointment, I received more than 15 automated messages in a short period even after paying a $100 deposit for the consultation. Despite this, I still intended to proceed. On the day of the appointment, I was told via SMS that one of the two therapists had cancelled. I had previously attended Brisbane Skin for injections and laser treatments to help reduce the appearance of a scar, and initially had a somewhat positive experience (they did tell me I would need maybe 4 session but I had close to 10 and the scar is still visible). Because of this, I later returned for skin checks. During a routine skin check, the doctor recommended taking a sample from a flat freckle.
