Drove an hour to my appointment at 8.30am for them to call me at 8am saying they couldn't actually see me at this time anymore. I asked if they could reschedule but with a discount since I wasted an hour of my time and they refused. Wild they couldn't discount on a $300 appointment that lasts 15 minutes. Very poor service.
I just wanted a shout out to Dr Shikha Chugh and the team at Brisbane Skin (latest star Jess) for always providing a professional and informed service. My process for appointments, deposits, visits and sending of my script to my local chemist is always seamless. When there has been an issue with the chemist this team as always supported getting an outcome. We all don't have time to make 6 follow up calls to get things done. This team is highly recommended. I had an amazing experience at Dermatology Clinics Australia! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The clinic is spotless and beautifully designed, creating a relaxing atmosphere. My consultation was thorough, and the team took the time to understand my concerns and recommend the best treatments for my skin. I highly recommend.
Recently had an appt with Dr Olga at Newstead for a skin check. She seemed completely disinterested, unemotional and distracted. The whole exam took about 2 minutes. One minute each side with a terse ‘turn over’ in between. Barely a look in my hair, and nil between my toes etc. The only interest and smile from staff was when I went to pay. I wasted my time and money on this clinic. It’s all about money and not great results for their clients. I had 5 laser treatment for my aged spots and acne nothing is working. Please save your time and money going to this clinic. I would never recommend this based with my bad experience and very expensive too by the way.
