The place is good and the nurse staff are fantastic but the receptionist quality has definitely gone down hill in the last year. I don't see why I have to call back numerous days to follow up a call which I made the previous day. This was never an issue a few years ago. It seems like people are not communicating with each other, documenting calls on clients files and following up enquiries. Don’t be fooled with free consultation! Was given an appointment with junior doctor for dermatologist but clinic withheld the fact that they can’t actually do anything for you for another 4 months! Was left to suffer with a skin condition for days and when I put in a complaint the manager’s response was less than customer friendly. Stay away from this clinic if you can. Highly do not recommend!
So I called to enquire about seeing a dermatologist in Springfield Lakes for skin cancer checks etc, but was told their dermatologist doesn't work from the Springfield Office. Clearly printed on the window is "BRISBANE SKIN - DERMATOLOGISTS". Intentional or otherwise, this is very misleading.
