Went into Brisbane Sea-Doo this morning with an issue with my jet ski met a man called Brad very helpful fix my ski within half an hour didn’t charge me and put a couple of new parts in really really looked after me very very well - Will be buying my next JetSki from Brisbane Sea-Doo, excellent experience Thank you very much Brad 👍🏻
Wow!!! After buying a can-am from them, I have to say their customer service is amazing!! Bailey and Mick and all the team (even the lovely lady who answers the phone) were so kind and professional, and even after grilling them they were still so helpful and friendly. Brad, Bailey & Stacey keep their high customer service rating w me with another great repair & advice visit today. They are a credit to their brand. I needed a new hood for my Ryker, the guy in the spare parts department has gone out of his way to find all the parts that I needed. I didn't have to wait around, he was on the phone to my first thing the next day. Would definitely recommend this company if you have a can am vehicle
