Spent over 30k on a new ski, had a serious issue with a simple solution but It took them several months to finally sort out (a two hour fix) after having to get legal advice and threatening action. Terrible after sales service. I would not buy another Seadoo but it you do, I suggest another dealer!!
I recently bought a couple of Seadoos and have been dealing with the guys and girls at Brisbane Sea-Doo and I have to say they are fantastic. The sales staff I have dealt with are super knowledgeable and helpful. I just had the 2 skis serviced and Brad was awesome. I don't ofter write reviews but the guys at Brisbane Sea-Doo are fantastic with second to none customer service.
