Well that was easy, went to the Redcliffe caravan show and were impressed with the quality of the Fortitude Vans. Spoke with Liam who gave us the nitty gritty of what to look for quality wise. Agreed to the price. Met Tenille who was very helpful with colour selection. Came home and waited for the call to say all good to go. We just purchased a vacationer Rough Rider & couldn’t be happier with the van or the service! included in the price was a stay in their yard to make sure we could use everything & the setup was perfect, highly recommended, the boys were awesome & Michelle went above and beyond with a hug before we left
We had high hopes when purchasing our caravan from this dealership, but unfortunately the after-sales service has been extremely disappointing which is heartbreaking because we absolutely love our van. Once the sale was completed, the dealership seemed uninterested in helping us with any issues we’ve faced. Communication has been slow and unresponsive, and getting even the most basic information or support has been a struggle. Average experience. We came and inspected a Caravan and happy with what we saw. We asked for a price on that exact van including the upgrades. For a few months all we got out of the salesman was asking how much we were willing to spend and wouldn’t give us a price. Eventually we got a price only because I needed a price to try get finance. With some on the price I was given we agreed on a price and sent it to our broker. Paid our deposit and requested a list of all the upgrades we were getting.
