What an amazing place, all of the staff were extremely friendly and even though they were super busy they went the extra mile to be helpful and ensure I was satisfied when picking up a van. They helped me out with a new hitch and I was able to continue my journey safely. I highly recommend them and look forward to dealing with them again soon. I am still waiting after weeks trying to get details of getting service and repairs on a Jayco. They have poor service. Jayco needs to pull it's support from them and are being told that
They have very poor after sales customet service. We paid for a new canvas awning, but they replaced it with a smaller barrel. They don't care what happened. Also hand over day was a night mere, they were more concern about sales instead of helping us fixing up our vehicle and caravan to leave.
We (Wandering Huckleberrys) love our new Fortitude Fortress X. We are currently on the road in WA enjoying everything about our 20.6ft off grid van. Great van, great team at Brisbane RVs. Shout out to Steve, Michael and Miranda for a flawless experience.
I had an outstanding experience with this business. They did an incredible job repairing my caravan and addressing everything I needed.
