Purchased van @ Townsville Caravan show. Sales person was a nice young fellow Mikael. We had a budget & they worked at selling us a Fortitude holiday van with extras for just over. Everyone at show were very attentive. We picked up the van & were greeted by Michelle, who is an absolute asset to your team. Damien was efficient but impatient with handover. Think twice about what you read regarding this company. We owned our van for over 3 years, not a couple of months like most people who write reviews on this site. This company offers poor service, never read emails and never phone you back! They are happy to take your money and then it's down hill from there. It's a one star rating from us.
Excelant service + great info
Just picked up our new fortitude ignite from Brisbane RV at Burpengary. The caravan is amazing and staff amazing. Would like to say a big thankyou to Dom who sold us the caravan and nothing was to much trouble for him, fabulous after sales service too. Would recommend Brisbane RV to anyone looking to purchase a van. From sale to pick up once again thank you 😊
