Had the solar on my caravan stop charging completely 3 days before Christmas and when the caravan was hooked to the car, the car wouldn't switch off. They fitted me in and a young bloke Connor diagnosed and fixed the issues quickly. Very clean and organised workshop which is always a good sign. I definitely received 5 star service.

A big shout out to the team at Brisbane Rd Auto Electrics. We were travelling interstate and had 12v issues with the van. They were able to fit us in the day after our first discussion on the phone. Their diagnostic skills and practical solutions were both professional and methodical as they worked through the issue. We highly recommend Brisbane Rd Auto Electrics in Gympie

Booked to get my wiring harness fixed for my head unit and was not disappointed! I was a bit worried money wise but they made it work for me! Extremely grateful for the work and service provided! 💜

I had a really disappointing experience here. The staff came across as arrogant and didn’t seem interested in actually helping. For the price they charge, you’d expect a much higher level of service and professionalism. Unfortunately, nothing was properly fixed, and it felt like a complete waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service.

Honestly, this place was frustrating from start to finish. The customer service was poor, with staff acting dismissive and unhelpful. On top of that, the prices are way too high for what you get. After everything, the issue I came in for wasn’t even resolved, which made the whole visit feel pointless. Definitely not worth it in my experience.
