We had a new hot water system installed in our caravan..which we paid for up front, we not only had to have it installed twice but it is still not working, our van was damaged by a shelving unit which had fallen on it while in there care, but it was not repaired until we took it back after getting home with it, only to be told oh yeah we knew that…. On the outside appears a great business. We were asked to assist with urgent RWC's last qtr 2019. Each time we drove from Underwood to Clontarf and provided generous trade discounts absorbing all the cost associated to serve without complaining and in the interest of growing a relationship. Furthermore we also organised another tradesman on their behalf to assist them which we did not profit from. He did the work because of our relationship and certainly not because of financial gain. 2 months on now payments have been made ... read more
