If I could give Brisbane Private Hospital minus 1,000 stars, I would. Having major spinal surgery just before Christmas was one of the most vulnerable times of my life. I expected compassionate care, proper pain management and a safe environment to recover. Sadly, that wasn't my experience. I will give 0 start to the SLADE PHARMACY infront of the Hospital. The staff from the Brisbane Private Hospital have done a good job. If you can dont get any medication from Slade Pharmacy as I got charged more than double of everywhere else in Australia. Just for example, the PANAMAX 500 mg, everywhere is under $5 and they charged $10.90 and the Oxycodone 20 tablets was under $10 at Chemistware house they charged $24.10 just for 10 tablets. Be careful when coming here, especially as an employee in the Surgical Theaters. Very toxic environment, bullying is quite common and management never intervenes until things get out of hand, then they simply move the person being bullied to another department, and give the bully no consequences. Nurses are also very rude to patients, so be careful as a patient as well..
