Oscar at Brisbane Pool Robotics was excellent to deal with, he fixed my robot very fast, efficiently and under warranty after the pathetic service that we received from our local pool shop waiting 4 month's for them to rectify the simple problem. Stay well away from Poolwerx Jimboomba... They are hopeless... I HIGHLY recommend Brisbane Pool Robotics for their excellent knowledge, very fast service and overall a fantastic company to deal with !! 5 well deserved STARS !!
What can I say but what a great company to deal with excellent customer service with communication and within 2 days of ordering parts for my dolphin pool cleaner they arrived on my doorstep.
