Oscar at Brisbane Pool Robotics was excellent to deal with, he fixed my robot very fast, efficiently and under warranty after the pathetic service that we received from our local pool shop waiting 4 month's for them to rectify the simple problem. Stay well away from Poolwerx Jimboomba... They are hopeless... The recommended pool cleaning robot works extremely well. It cleans very thoroughly and is very easy to operate. The staff are very professional, and the after-sales service is excellent.
