I courteously called 9:30 am on Monday morning to check if my pool pump could be serviced. I was told it was ok to bring it in and it would be ready in 3 or 4 days. After not receiving any communication and my pool starting to go green I called on Friday morning to be told it would be ready this arvo. At 4pm on Friday I texted for an update and was told it’ll be ready on Saturday. Finally picked up on Saturday. Charged over $250 for this service?
Super helpful, especially with sourcing difficult to find parts. Great communication and great price.
