Paul Cloughley has been a source of advice in the installation of a new pool fence and well as certification of the pool… very prompt and courteous
Do not recommend. Possibly a scam. Insists on payment before any service is rendered. Then on the day called to say that, despite being first up in the morning he was going to be consiberly late. Proceeded to blame me saying that the agreed time was only a guide and I should have read his email better. Very poor customer service, I believe he didn't turn up because I insisted on paying only once they had turned up.
Extremely professional service . Great communication and straight forward easy to understand directions on what I needed to do with practical solutions. Highly recommend! Tess
